This PR adds a GitHub Actions workflow intended to build (and potentially publish) Sphinx documentation when a pull request is updated.
Changes:
- Introduces a new
.github/workflows/documentation.ymlworkflow to render Sphinx HTML docs. - Uploads the rendered HTML as a workflow artifact (and includes a gh-pages deploy step).
