- Add API routes for admin verification requests and tool verification submissions.
- Implement logic for handling verification request lifecycle including claiming, deciding, and sending notifications.
- Create a VerifiedCheckmark component for UI representation of verified tools.
- Document testing procedures for each phase of the maturity model.

- Updated package.json to include new email-related dependencies and scripts for development and export. - Created PPTBEmails.tsx to define email layouts and various email templates for tool submissions, updates, and verification requests. - Added preview components for each email template to facilitate testing and visualization of email content.
