Cancer data from nccr, gives incidence of cancer types by age, sex, and ethnicity. note: only at national level -- not sure if we are trying to not have data that doesn't have finer geographic stratification. State level data is only available through SEER which requires an application.
I have two separate flags for each variable, one indicating suppression and one indicating data not collected in that year. If we wanted to subset to post 2004 we would not need the second one.
