This is for current. Recently Slackware current updated NetworkManager to v1.58.0
And in this version, supporting "safe private file access" is mandatory.
Without my patch, the openconnect plugin wouldn't work because of this error like this:
"The plugin 'openconnect' does not support adding private connections".

Since the actual repository of NetworkManager-openconnect hasn't fixed this issue yet (not even in v1.2.10 which is the latest), I made a patch for it.
