Looks good, but please remove merge commit and rebase onto latest master instead. Let me know once all set and I can merge

Eliminate the Find/Download/Upload-artifact steps — the docs workflow now downloads release assets directly via `gh release download`. Dispatch inputs simplified to source_repo, release_tag, asset_name.
