docs: add SRS and SDS specifications#1

Add a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Software Design Specification (SDS) under docs/, alongside the existing ARCHITECTURE.md. Both are anchored to the actual code: the SRS captures functional and non-functional requirements with stable identifiers, and the SDS maps those requirements onto the shared engine, server, and client modules with full traceability.
