Can test this to see how it makes the game feel, It however will need modularization (and a trial ingame, which I am adding now) to be merged. I can explain how to modularize it in the discord if you do not know how! There is some hiccups that may happen due to how we set up the DMEs. |

This PR has been inactive for a month. This means it is at risk of being auto closed in a week, please address any outstanding review items and ensure your PR is finished, if these are all true and you are auto-staled anyway, you need to actively ask maintainers if your PR will be merged. Once you have done any of the previous actions then you should request a maintainer remove the stale label on your PR, to reset the stale timer. If you feel no maintainer will respond in that time, you may wish to close this PR youself, while you seek maintainer comment, as you will then be able to reopen the PR yourself |
About The Pull Request
I just got stunned by a sniper on the first hit, while wearing bulletproof armor, and then he was able to shoot me to death during that stun. Skill issue and Ided.. but yeah these bullets shouldn't stun as they are on NPCs. This doesn't affect the damage or the rubber rounds if players still want to stun meta eachother for some reason.
Why It's Good For The Game
These kind of stuns are not healthy for the game; as said in the sledgehammer pr, they exist to stomp out solo players looting ruins, and these are even worse than the sledgehammer guys as they could potentially offscreen you (?)
Changelog
