The rules carried a strip pointing at the contact form. It reads right on the board, where nothing has started yet. Inside a running entry's rules modal it offers advice the clock has already taken away. The strip moves to the board's rules disclosure, leaving RulesList as the terms alone. The rules list carried a strip pointing at the contact form: "Nie je niečo jasné? Napíš nám, radšej sa opýtaj vopred." It renders in two places, and only one of them can act on it.
On the competitions board the reader has not entered anything yet, so asking ahead is exactly what they can still do. Inside a running entry's rules modal the clock is going, and the advice is already spent.
So the strip moves out of
