Enterprise Operations Intelligence & Risk Analytics Platform built during my internship at Surtel Technologies.

During my internship at Surtel Technologies, I worked within the E-Commerce Department and studied internal operational workflows and tracking systems used to manage daily business operations.
While operational data was being collected successfully, I observed a major gap in executive visibility and operational intelligence. Managers had access to raw operational data but lacked a centralized platform capable of answering critical business questions quickly:
- Which departments are currently at risk?
- Which operational tasks are breaching SLAs?
- Which incidents require immediate attention?
- Which teams are overloaded?
- What actions should leadership take next?
To address these challenges, I designed and developed IntelliOps AI, an Operations Intelligence & Risk Analytics Platform that combines operational monitoring, predictive analytics, incident management, executive reporting, and AI-assisted decision support within a unified enterprise dashboard.
