Anade una seccion no tecnica dirigida al terapeuta: pasos con Margoth_Setup.exe, aviso de SmartScreen, ubicacion de los datos y como respaldarlos, actualizar y desinstalar (aclarando que los datos clinicos no se borran al desinstalar). Renombra la seccion tecnica previa a 'Desarrollo' para separar audiencias.

Este PR actualiza el README.md para separar audiencias y agregar una guía de instalación orientada al usuario final (terapeuta) para la instalación offline mediante Margoth_Setup.exe, incluyendo ubicación de datos, respaldo, actualización y desinstalación.
