angelloNotifier is a Velocity-side notice board plugin for networks that want a shared, persistent announcement history. Administrators publish notices once on the proxy, the notice history stays global, and players only differ by their own read state.
This wiki is split into reference pages instead of putting everything here. Use Config.yml for behaviour and settings, Data.yml for the stored data structure, and Commands for the command surface.
