feat: add Linux support for Ori

Summary

• add glibc Linux ARM64 and x86-64 release assets to the Ori formula
• select the downloaded asset from both operating system and CPU architecture
• run tap checks plus a real Ori install and formula test on macOS and Ubuntu
• register the checkout as the tap in CI so strict audit runs against the proposed formula

Verification

• scripts/check
• brew reinstall --build-from-source OpenRouterTeam/tap/ori on macOS ARM64
• brew test OpenRouterTeam/tap/ori on macOS ARM64
• confirmed the pinned Linux digests against the immutable cli-0.5.1-c75fbf8 GitHub release
• Linux x86-64 installation is exercised by the new Ubuntu CI job
