CRSF Fullduplex as runtime option

I tested this branch with a BetaFPV 2.4GHz Nano RX flashed as TX and works properly. Just needed to check the full duplex option in Hardware menu and turn off/on the i6x.
Also tested with a Jumper AION 2.4GHz Nano TX and works after unchecking the full duplex option and restarting the i6x.

It is not, calling telemetryPortInit after change would be enough, but i'm not sure if we need that change.
This is not typical use case where user needs to change duplex mode and it adds additional complexity to port direction change.

I need to convince myself that this is a good idea 😄

No problem at all ;-) Maybe it is more a documentation issue, because most (if not all) settings are immediately, so this would then be a special case (otherwise some users may complain about a non-functional feature).
