• Updated Cargo.toml dependency declaration.

@felipebalbi We have not gotten any response on this issue: rust-embedded/embedded-hal#727. Can you bring this issue up in their Matrix channel?

@felipebalbi I have not been able to get any response from the embedded-hal folks. Bypass policy and move on for now?
