fix: keep buy-credits custom amount label on one line

Summary

• The custom amount chip in the buy-credits modal used a fixed 72px width, so localized labels like 自定义 wrapped vertically.
• Allow the chip to grow past 72px, keep the label on one line, and stop the last option from shrinking in the row.

Test plan

• Open the dashboard buy-credits modal in Chinese and confirm 自定义 renders on a single line next to $20 / $50 / $100 / $500.
• Switch to English and confirm Custom still fits on one line.
• Select a preset amount and the custom option; confirm selection styling and the custom amount input still work.
