This adds an optional
-fflag to limit framerate. Frames are still obtained from the camera at the same rate, but only sent out to clients if it has been more than1/fpsseconds since the last frame. The client bandwidth is now recorded from the actual frames sent to clients.The
/statuspage readings are averaged over five seconds.
