Issue 126 Stakeholder Report

This branch contains preliminary work on stakeholder reports for #126 and was reviewed and discussed in group.

Changes:

• Stakeholder report page including,
  • related stakeholder list
  • Stakeholder name, title and some related engagement scores with current visit
  • Executive summary of the stakeholder connections to current visit/assessments and related financial impacts
  • Assorted tables showing the detailed connection (see below connection types)
• Support stakeholder report type in custom report
• Support print to pdf

Initial Feedback:

• The connections and calculations are of value, need figure it out a way to present
• The engagement score is strongly discouraged, as low score/ engagement is concerning to users
• Need feedback from real stakeholders what should be go into the report and what values can be brought to them, for example, the executive summary report's note and tables are spot on for CEO level, but what content should we have for stakeholder report?

Briefly, stakeholder/contact are connected to a visit in multiple ways:
Assessment Level:
Direct: stakeholder —> assessment
Indirect: stakeholder —> equipment (industrial system/end use) —> assessment
EEM level:
Indirect: stakeholder —> equipment (industrial system/end use) —> EEM
NEB level:
Direct: stakeholder —> NEB
Indirect: stakeholder —> KPI —> KPM —> KPM impacts —> NEB
