screen brightness control for samsung ativ book 8 laptop

might work on more laptops, only tested on mine :).
No need to install xbacklight or samsung-tools, worked out of the box on Manjaro 17.0.2 KDE

to use

run command without any paraments to get current brightness value.
use 'set ' to set the brightness.
use 'inc ' to increase the brightness with the given value.
use 'dec ' to decrease the brightness with the given value.
