NoAbsoluteZoom

A mod for Nuclear Option that makes the Zoom View bind absolute: the position of a throttle slider or a lever is the zoom level, instead of nudging it up and down like vanilla does.

Note

It only has visual effect thus can be used by any client without affecting anything on the server.

Features

• Cockpit — lever position maps straight onto the cockpit field of view.
• Map — same on the maximised map, following the game's own zoom curve.
• Hardware detection — engages only when Zoom View is bound to a full-range axis; a mouse wheel, key or button keeps vanilla behaviour.
• Mixed input — nudging zoom with the wheel or a key hands that view back to vanilla until the lever moves again.
