  • add physical Bohr units with m = hbar = e = a0 = omega_B = 1, c = 1/alpha, and tau = beta^2
  • evaluate both sides of Puthoff's circular-orbit harmonic power balance and expose its action condition without claiming nonlinear stability
  • independently integrate Nieuwenhuizen's improper threshold integral and make the conditional near-ionization drift the O5 Coulomb oracle
  • implement Setterfield's speculative static co-scaling and verify full mapped-band trajectory conjugacy at U=1 and U=4
  • reclassify the v0.1.0 escape run as an accelerated numerical stress fixture, remove the permanent stable-hydrogen xfail, and update all claim/provenance documentation
  • release the corrected API and Rust crate as 0.2.0

Why

The v0.1.0 Coulomb fixture uses dimensionless damping 13,367.7x the physical Bohr-unit value and crosses sustained positive mechanical energy after 0.06956 orbit. It is therefore an accelerated stress failure, not a reproduction of physical long-time hydrogen self-ionization.

  • no certificate rule weakened, check silenced, or failure converted to a skip

Claim boundary

Puthoff is represented only at circular harmonic order. Nieuwenhuizen rectification is conditional energy-space drift, not equilibrium energy extraction. Setterfield is a speculative hypothesis map. Published long simulations remain negative evidence, but this repository does not claim to reproduce their physical timescales.
