…sonb/vecalign@v2.0.0 instead. Removed unused cython and hydra-core deps. Bumped spacy/torch/numpy versions. Added laser-encoders dependency, and used https://github.com/jeffwillette/LASER.git which patches archived fairseq to work with python>=3.10. Added checks to subprocess calls so they do not fail silently. Fixed hardcoded LASER_DIR environment variable that assumed a docker container. Fixed a couple typos in readme.
