New feature. Studentlekene wants to use opptak for their opptak of different committees in studentlekene. I think a splitting of pages is necessary because studentlekene is almost its own Admin and organization.
Summary of changes
Changed models to have an sl-boolean to tell if the data is for sl.
Changed backend to take an isSL parameter so that SL-data is sent if the request is from SL-pages.
Changed pages to look different if for SL.

Use Sprint Sprint user because he is boardmember of studentlekene
