While running the tracker in genesis mode for certain models, I realized that some models only include RH in the output and not q. I need to have q for one of the optional genesis diagnostics of 850 mb moisture divergence. I added code that reads in RH and T at 850 mb and converts to q via Tetens formula. The read routines & data arrays for GRIB1, GRIB2 and NetCDF have been modified. There is also a change to the namelist for this.
