The Northeast US Ecosystem Indicator Catalog, often shortened to "Catalog", is a bookdown document developed by the Ecosystem Dynamics and Assessment Branch of the Northeast Fisheries Science Center which details the ecological context of the indicators featured in State of the Ecosystem (SOE) reporting. When paired with the SOE Technical Documentation, "tech-doc", this document provides the most comprehensive information available for the SOE indicators featured in the ecodata package. Catalog is frequently referenced in the SOE reports, which can be accessed using the table below:
