test(channel-control): add cross-surface acceptance

Scope

Final bounded Channel Control acceptance slice. No new production abstraction or feature scope.

Adds:

• Android TV Manage Channels acceptance for hidden-channel recovery and deterministic focus fallback.
• Android TV rename → number → reset journey with Favorite preservation.
• Room cross-surface acceptance proving one profile/canonical overlay drives All, Favorites and Recent, and hide suppresses all normal browse projections.
• Deterministic Compose v2 test rule for coroutine-backed TV mutations.

Existing Guide/Search/mutation/provider-collapse coverage is intentionally reused instead of duplicated.

Verification strategy

Temporarily targets main so the full pull_request workflow matrix runs. After exact-head is green, retarget this draft PR to feature/channel-control-quick-actions.

This PR is intentionally draft and must not be merged until the stacked Channel Control train is ready.

2026-09-01 restack analysis: final CC acceptance delta relative to the quick-actions layer is only 3 test files (ChannelQuickActionsJourneyTest, new ManageChannelsAcceptanceJourneyTest, new ChannelControlBrowseAcceptanceTest). Rebuild it last as a test-only acceptance slice after CC-4; no new production abstraction/scope should be introduced during restack.
