Update nix packages and add direnv support - #253

this also ignores the .direnv directory
this was done with `nix flake update`
Resolves Nix evaluation warnings caused by [the deprecation of the `xorg` package set in `nixpkgs`](NixOS/nixpkgs#479724). Replaced deprecated `xorg.libX...` package names with their updated names.

This adds the .envrc needed for direnv support and .gitignore the .direnv folder.
