SP220-08: integrate reusable JSON definitions

Completes SP220-08 JSON integration on the accepted post-servicing Checkpoint-D base.

• adds source-generated reusable JSON component and definition builders over the existing Core runtime
• preserves runtime-owned lifecycle, metadata isolation, logger ownership, framing bounds, and package dependency direction
• adds direct, DI, reflection-disabled trim, NativeAOT, ownership/graph, and BenchmarkDotNet coverage

Local acceptance: locked restore; 26-project warn-as-error build; all repository/JSON/extension/Core tests; 11 current packages with metadata, SourceLink and ownership checks; immutable 2.1.2 baseline; 35/35 current consumers including trim and NativeAOT; BDN Dry 21/21.
