About the PR
Nerfed M90 RPS to 5 (was 6).
Why / Balance
wholesome 216dps
This thing outclasses the PRE-NERF C-20R, is 1.5x as strong as its TSF equivalent, and is effectively in the same role as such because denasvar is just treated as rahkshan+.
At 5 RPS, it has 180 DPS which is respectable for what it is, and is still notably higher than the Dragonfang to make up for the fact that the Dragonfang can be one-handed. (The Dragonfang could use a minor buff too, give it a 1.2x damage modifier or something)
