About the PR
Adds the Creon-Centennial Trade Charter to the game. Currently just reflavored CC roles + removed some junk ones (why would anyone play janitor or mail carrier...). Rebrands STC, Overseer, Judge, Service worker, DoC, and medic to the faction, and updates some of their loadouts to match the CCTC color scheme of green/black/gold (not by much tho).
