This PR forces
strict_types=1on most of the PHP scripts, and adds types almost everywhere.There are still a bit of work to do, but I'd say 80% of the job is done.
It also adds a
.vscode/launch.jsonfile to be able to debug the project when in VS Code, and it adds a.vscode/settings.jsonwith a bunch of custom words to add to the cSpell dictionary.
