Plugin Users

To use the intelligent IM plugins, users need to make sure both MessageOnTap and Personal Graph apps are installed. MessageOnTap is an app for users to view and manage IM plugins. From here users can view existing IM plugins on Google Play store, and also a list of installed IM plugins locally on their phones. Users can view a simple description of each plugin to see what intelligent features it has, and also choose to enable or disable the plugin from the app.
