Refactor raw FakeCameraMetadata constructor calls in ZSL controls, Camera Coordinator Adapter, Camera Surface Adapter, Supported Surface Combination, and Camera Factory Adapter tests to use FakeCameraMetadata.fromTemplate with HighEndDeviceTemplate.
