Converts a normalized frequency value (0.0–1.0) into a displayable pseudo-frequency in Hz.

🔧 Calculation

• Input is clamped to a safe range (0.1–1.0)
• Scaled to an approximate range of 100Hz–1000Hz
• Rounded to improve readability and reduce UI flickering

This is not a real physical frequency.
It is an interpreted value used for visualization and state mapping within the app.
