Deferred. electron 39 -> 42 spans three majors. The renderer +
preload + main contract for our app uses localfile:// custom protocol,
custom CSP overrides, and Linux/Windows packaging. Need to walk the v40/41/42
breaking-change notes (notably session.setProtocol changes) before this lands.
