Changes namean to mean (..., 'omit') as I do not have access to the statistics and analysis Tool box
Made changes for for those who don't have the Statistics and Machine Learning toolbox. Had to change nanmean as it was discontinued in the newer matlab versions apparently. Now it is replaced with mean(..., 'omitnan')
