Changed the way logger entries are saved from interactive excel spreadsheet to table so that Logger can also be used on Mac.
Cleared up some extra bugs on the effort sheet
Adjusted xml_read so new Matlab versions will be properly recognized

Adjusted writeEffort for mac
calc_ltsa had some issues with zero padding the data, which is in vertical format in some cases and horizontal format in others. I added an if loop so both options can be accomodated.
There was a bug that didn't allow existing logfiles to be reopened on macs. This should fix it.
Updated time notation for mac so the time is not off anymore.
This reverts commit fdb53df.
Adjusted the time offset with 4 years and 1 day to make it correct for mac computers.
Changed the reference date in date_epoch.m

I've created an extra functionality in Logger so it will work on the newer mac books. Also, I've added the option for users to open a logger file without having to install Tethys.
