This will constraint that entered machine_name is not existent in any order_items with state validation, completed or expired, listed in blacklist (line 48 of vm_unique_name_values/src/Plugin/Validation/Constraint/MachineNameConstraintValidator.php) or following the lower-level domain name specifications.
