v1.0.0 – Reference Implementation (Authorea Preprint)

This is the first stable reference release of the greedy coverage-based relay
selection algorithm used for Multi-Point Relay (MPR) selection.

The implementation is:

• Deterministic and protocol-agnostic
• Focused on algorithm-level behavior (no MAC/routing/mobility assumptions)
• Intended as a reproducible baseline for comparison and reuse
