I implemented the transition from
mdframedtotcolorbox. This is done by wrapping the existing theorem environments created bythmtools/amsthmwithtcolorboxenvironments.I also cleaned up/removed unnecessary
mdframedstyle settings. But in general, this part inmyevan.styneeds formatting.
