Summary
Fixes the narrow-screen status metadata row so the last-sample timestamp and auto-refresh text no longer run together on mobile.

At widths up to 500 px,
.samplelinenow keeps flex layout but stacks its items vertically with a small gap and left alignment. The separator bullet remains hidden on mobile.Scope
