A Cloudflare-platform specialist Starter, built first for Codex.
Create Web SaaS, content websites, Mobile Apps and combined products around Cloudflare Workers, Hyperdrive, R2, Queues, Workflows, Durable Objects, Vectorize and Workers AI. The repository exposes the full capability catalog; /setup materializes only the applications, Packs, Providers, pages, dependencies and Bindings selected for the product.
Most starters optimize the first hour: copy files, install dependencies, and start coding. All2CF Starter optimizes the months after that, when multiple AI conversations must understand what exists, where to change it, how to verify it, and what is safe to release.

It is not a generic no-code builder. Product business behavior remains product-owned, and /setup produces a reviewed local Blueprint before materialization or release.
The canonical repository and generated products both use local /setup. In the canonical source, finishing Setup can create a separate generated product; generated products keep the same /setup route but do not carry the canonical Pack source library. The underlying starter:factory command remains an internal creation tool, not a second user-facing page.

The repository contains the complete Pack catalog as build-time source. It does not load every Pack at runtime: only selections materialized by /setup contribute files, dependencies, SQL, routes, Cloudflare Bindings, native modules, or client chunks. Every Engine release verifies a minimal product whose optional Pack count is zero.

Permanent product foundations include authentication and sessions, account settings, notifications, Product Shell, /admin, support and bug intake, public Docs, audit and operations health.

Selectable Provider families include:

The product runs independently. Connecting it to All2CF is optional and enables project-scoped MCP management, private update authorization and release evidence. Disconnecting never disables the local product.

npm run release:productionFor Mobile, the default chain is fixed: Android uses build_windows_android_candidate with the Windows Host Runner and SDK/JDK references from /opt/1panel/apps/super.env; iOS uses the Logicmate Starter Windows host connection to mac-mini, unlocks the dedicated logicmate-build keychain, runs the headless Xcode wrapper, produces a signed app/archive, installs it on the selected iPhone with devicectl, cold-launches it and records evidence before generating the release contract. EAS is an explicit advanced opt-in for both platforms and is never selected merely because an Expo token exists. Run npm run mobile:targets to see the selected routes.
Choose one license path:
- AGPL-3.0-or-later — free, including commercial use, provided all applicable AGPL obligations are followed.
- Commercial license — US$199 per independent product — permits the licensed product to remain closed source and removes AGPL obligations for Starter-owned code under the commercial terms.

Reusable foundation fixes discovered in any product must be upstreamed into canonical Starter with regression tests, documentation, and an update path. Product-specific business logic remains in the product.
