Supersedes #61, which could not be rebased: the
actions/setup-nodebump in #60 touched adjacent lines and Dependabot's branch conflicted.Same change, applied cleanly. Both CI jobs that use the action (
runtimeandweb) exercise it, so a green run validates this bump.
