Description

Update the Linux uinput mouse backend to always advertise legacy wheel axes (REL_WHEEL/REL_HWHEEL) and emit high-resolution wheel events in parallel when supported. Legacy detents are now accumulated per axis at 120-unit steps, preserving proper wheel semantics and improving libinput behavior (including avoiding middle-button scroll reservation). Tests were expanded with multi-event mouse submission hooks, per-axis accumulation coverage, capability checks, and consumer assertions for libinput scroll configuration.
