Synchronizes both uv lockfiles and the bilingual README version badges with the already-published v2.0.1 release. Root cause: the version bump updated pyproject.toml and src/lingxigraph/version.py without regenerating uv.lock files, causing uv lock --check to fail on main. Validated with Ruff, mypy, 151 root tests, 18 Chainlit adapter tests, coverage gates, package builds, and Twine checks.
