New `sri_lanka_buddhist` calendar with Buddhist Era year (BE = CE + 543), the twelve Sinhala Poya (full-moon) days, Sinhala/Tamil New Year countdown and Sinhala/Tamil weekday names. Poya dates use Meeus' periodic-correction formula for the astronomical full moon plus the Sri Lankan moonrise rule (Poya = SLST date of full moon - 18h). Reproduces all 11 officially proclaimed Poya days for 2023-2026 exactly. Configurable display language (english/sinhala/tamil/romanized/combined), optional Sinhala Lith Illakkam numerals, and toggles for next-Poya display, significance text and new-year countdown.
