Summary

• promote PR feat(opencode): add turn-scoped memory recall #219 from dev to main
• ship optional first-turn Topic recall scoped to the current user turn
• ship root-main-agent-only memory_search active recall with acknowledgement-only durable output
• preserve child isolation, bounded Topic views, maintenance ownership, and fail-open behavior
