• test(viewer): help_overlay + settings_tab proptest surfaces (WBS-6.2 #455 #456) #470 properties_session_ledger_contract_compiler.rs (~13 props): ContractCompiler::compile deterministic contract-to-bundle pipeline.

Branch off fix/viewer-mock-data-properties-20260809 rebased main. Test file compiles and passes locally.
