Patched EDTrackerUI42.exe to enable flashing the device again via the UI. Reverse-engineered the necessary XML for the UI to download/read.

(The 0x69 Firmware is a custom one for Drotek 9150 Sensors)

Just download EDTrackerUI4_github.exe and move it to the EDTrackerUI404 folder.
