目的
public Pages / Web siteを持つrepositoryで繰り返し発生しているREADME導線修正を、既存の正準authorityへ統合します。
Current state
個別repositoryではREADME冒頭のproduction URL修正を繰り返していましたが、
agent-resources/AGENTS.mdのDocumentation規則にはこの要件がありませんでした。変更
AGENTS.mdのDocumentationへ1項目だけ追加https://...平文URLから始める新しいworkflow、schema、collector、管理文書は追加しません。
Verification
AGENTS.mdだけであることproduction code/runtimeは変更しないため、deployment変更は対象外です。
