fix: reduce carried parity imports

Summary

• classify Flux core and NVIDIA device-plugin live imports as platform-blueprints pack-sourced
• resolve source paths for byte-identical pack files from the platform-blueprints checkout
• document carried count reduction from 186 to 180 objects and the remaining carried reasons

Depends on JorisJonkers-dev/flux-modules#8 for the new pack source files.

Validation

• npm test
• live import/compile/parity against /workspace/homelab-deploy: 444 current, 444 rendered, 0 missing, 0 extra, 0 changed, 2 pre-existing duplicate live identities
